How we protect your work
Understand how your notes are stored, processed by AI, and accessed for support.
Cloud search and AI need to process relevant content. Ordinary Workspace notes are not end-to-end encrypted.
Encrypted connections
HTTPS encrypts transfers. Notes and files use managed cloud storage; encryption, keys and backups require deployment-specific verification.
No public-model training
Corvio does not train public or shared foundation models on your notes, chats or AI inputs and outputs, and requires the same of inference providers. Retention depends on the model and deployment.
Limited staff access
Support screens hide content by default. Necessary reads use short-lived, read-only, audited sessions. Support Access is off by default and revocable; rollout exceptions are explained in Help.
Beyond the original note
Files, summaries, memories and search indexes receive customer-content protection, with supported export and deletion. Backup retention follows the service policy.
FAQs
Is Corvio another AI assistant?
No. Corvio is the shared place where useful work from people and AI becomes an editable note. The assistant can change; the brief, decisions, sources, comments, and next steps stay together.
Why not leave the work in AI chats?
Chats are good for getting an answer. Ongoing work also needs a current version you can read, correct, discuss, and return to. Corvio keeps that useful result in the work instead of asking everyone to reconstruct the conversation later.
What does Corvio add to research, advisory work, or ongoing learning?
It turns scattered sources and conversations into a working brief, keeps open questions and decisions visible, and lets the next person or AI continue from the latest reviewed state. That matters when the work unfolds over many sessions, not one prompt.
How do people and AI work together in Corvio?
They work from the same note, within the permissions you set. A person can highlight, comment, or rewrite; a connected AI can continue from the authorized material and return useful work to the same place.
Do I have to replace ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or the tools I already use?
No. Corvio is designed to connect with the AI tools you already use. You choose what to send and what is worth keeping, so work can continue across those tools instead of becoming another isolated chat.
How is Corvio different from Obsidian?
Corvio is built for a cloud, browser-first workflow where people and connected AI continue in the same editable Workspace with comments, permissions, tables, and version history. Obsidian is often the better fit when local Markdown files, offline use, and plugin-level control matter most.

Both. You can start with one note for your own research or study, then share work with teammates when it needs review or a handoff. Workspace membership and document permissions continue to decide who can see or change it.
What happens when a source or decision changes?
The new information can update the plan, table, decision, or FAQ it affects while the sources and current version stay visible for review. Corvio does not assume every change is correct—you can inspect and revise the result.
